What areas of technology is DIANA looking for?

DIANA’s challenges are based on priority areas of focus, agreed by NATO allies through DIANA's strategic direction.  

In 2023, DIANA ran three challenges. This year, DIANA is running five challenges. In future years, DIANA intends to run up to 10 challenges per year.

The 2024 challenges are:

• Energy and Power
• Sensing and Surveillance
• Information and Data Security
• Human Health and Performance
• Critical Infrastructure and Logistics
